well my favorite band of all times are Sublime,
a band based in California, with a brilliant mind leading this band, Bradley Nowell RIP
who's mind combined perfectly the hip-hip/punk/reggae/dub and country/american folk music and spread the best music made in the 90's

Unfortunately Bradley Nowell died from heroin in 1996 which was the end of the band too, where the other members of the band formed a new group Long Beach Dub Allstars and now they perform again under a new band thats called Long Beach Shortbus

Anyway the thing is that Sublime's music (due to Bradley's inspiration & huge creativity within music) is for me EVERYTHING you hear these days

The style and trend of "new" music thats around in the world is a lot of combination of different music styles in a song, something that Sublime where doing in 1994, fifteen years back and so sad that Bradley died,

Sublime music could be the next generation of rock music worldwide, unfortunately drugs killed that again, unfortunately we are so fragile sometimes... unfortunately.. anyway

oh i forgot to mention the "mascot" of the band, Bradley's lovely dalmatian dog -- "LOU-DOG" (RIP) as youll see him everywhere in band live act videos or videoc lips & photoz who died in year 2000...

anyway my two cents about my loving band and a track dedicated to every kind & cool person around here with respect to music and above all life itself

lovin is what i got

sublime is a band that once you get to know, you instantly fall in love...and it lasts!!
Brad left us soon, but he and the two, influenced a whole generation of ska/punk/reggae/acoustic/whatever bands..and still counting!
their music and his voice talk straight to the heart with no fookin cheese at all!
respect!

Definitely one of my all time favorite bands.. top 5 for sure... I love them I think inovation wise they we're top of their game.. They were the new age frank zappa in terms of comic versatility.. Musically brilliant band aswell..

Some of the best memories I have in my teen years was walking down the street in Portugal listening to sublime with nice summer sun in Lisbon

To this day I still hear them alot
