How much RMS the sub should have in te area around 50-100Hz in the end of the mix?
Usualy my tracks have no more than -14 RMS, Im using the Waves PAZ Analyzer with 160 ms of response.
When I did the master they sayed that it was tooo muuuch, they used Growling Machines musics (Psytrance Full On - style) has reference.
