stylus rmx in ableton, using more channels simult

is it possible, like it is in sx3, to use several tracks at the same time of rmx on different outputs? and if so how? i am on 5.2 |

I open up a new instance of stylus for every rhythm section I want, Ive noticed that the only difference is that when u want additional channels in rmx, then rmx simply loads up more resources as it needs them. And since it seems to scale linearly I dont have a prob with using multiple instances.
However, if you want to route rmx channels out to different tracks, then you have to "tap off" the correct channel of the original rmx track, using another audio track. i.e. in the source of a new audio track, select the rmx track, then select the subchannel that you want just below. You may also have to set the track to monitor mode.
P.S Get rid off ableton 5.2. use 7 as it has much better sound QUALITY. |

ok thanks,
good to know it does eat the same amount of cpu with multiple instances or with more channels in one instance!
and the tip abt 7. i will put the ´trybefore etc´ 7 and check it out. i just thought-read it was not so stable. do you have stability issues with 7?
