stylus rmx database problem

hi..i installed the stylus rmx on cubase..no problem..the problem is the database seens to be empty..i installed as the video manual and i transfered the database to the spectrasonics folder...the plugin appears on cubase but there is no files to load  anyone have this problem???

have you spoken to spectrasonics? or are you using a crack? Either way, had the same problem myself when i bought it. I spoke to d´the guys from Spectr. (very nice by the way) and he said somthing about creating a shortcut of the S.A.G.E folder in the c:\program files\spectrasonics\sage and then paste it into the other folder in your programs\spectrasonics then delete the "shortcut" part so it only says "SAGE". Worked for me, hope you understood me  let me know if it works! |

hi..i use a cracked version ..i did what you said REtaxez,and still the same,i try to open a MULTI OPEN, i selected a file on c:\audio\spectrasonics\sage\sytlusrmx\patches, and appears to be loading but don t load anything anyone that uses a cracked version and works??

okay. Regardless, im pretty sure that its the answer to your problems. Mine did exactly the same thing. But somehow i got it to work like i wrote. Ill try to find the mail and post a link:) |

this is how, you dont have to move it, but follow the guide and pretend you did:
• Drag or copy the SAGE folder from your installation drive (C:\Program Files\Spectrasonics) to the hard drive location of your choice.
This can be another drive partition, a secondary internal drive or an external hard drive such as a Firewire or USB2 hard drive, etc.
• Next, right-click the SAGE folder in the new location to create a “Shortcut To SAGE”.
• Next, copy the shortcut to C:\Program Files\Spectrasonics.
• Finally, make certain to remove the “Shortcut To ” from the name (including removing the spaces), leaving the folder shortcut named SAGE.
There, i did exactly like that and it worked! It may also be that its cracked? if you got the money buy it,its great! im glad i did,worth every penny:). good luck

i uninstall...and i install again and i did like you said,and after open a MULTI OPEN,and appears one cubase message like that : ( CUBASE 3 INCOURS ON AN INTERNAL ERROR ...CLOSE AND RESTART...SOMETHING LIKE THAT ),THE CUBASE IS CRACKED TOO... i m gonna try with cubase 2... |
