I tried some times, but I can´t handle with NN-XT Advanced Sampler on Reaons 2.... I still don´t understand how it works, and how I must work with it. Someone could help me??? Must I use matrix with this? I don´t even know what to ask, it seems too complex to me..... Any little review of this device would be great!!!

it s a sampler so u need some wav file or rex file or maybe sound fonts to use it
it can read several types of soudn formats and it goes like this
right click in the blue screen of the center of nn xt and choose
browse sample
then u choose a file u want and it will be writen inside the screen of nn xt
now u select the sample and start tweaking it
and in the piano above u ll chooose what notes will correspond to the sample u select u can choose like one note for each sample just streching it right to only one note
then u open a matrix or a piano roll, and choose what note(sample) and the right place in the track for it

i too, don't really get this new device. it doesn't really provide much more functionality than the regular sampler, although it may speed up the creation of a track. if anyone finds a site with specific info (tutorials, etc), please post here.

I started myself to explore the wonders of
the Reason 2...
I cannot complain because Reason 2 is
a proffesional tool, I enjoy it and I also like
the new synth tool, you can work with it on
some really high freq. sounds!
Many new functions, but Reason 2 can work
very good as your Virtual studio...bom! |
