if you hit play - you hear everything? and if you hit bounce, you don't hear everything while bouncing ? |

2 things could be:
you maybe chose different drivers for regular audio, and for VSTi/other audio channels: go to audio preferences, and make sure you use the same audio driver on both.
besides, if you use internal synth of your card, it is ok that you can't bounce it - it doesn't go through the Audio driver: imagine controlling external synth with logic (via MIDI), and playing it back - you can hear the synth playing, but it won't bounce, cause the audio of the synth isn't recorded. to solve this, you need another audio card or simply mute all audio+midi channels, then record all the midi channels as audio one by one (adding audio channels of course), and then make sure recorded stuff isn't off sync. after this you can mute all midi, unmute all audio back and bounce the project.

Every Master "channel" controlls 2 audio outputs: for example - my delta 66 has 6 outputs - so I have 3 master bounce "channels" let's call it that way...
I can make my audio1 channel to go through 1-2 outputs - and my audio2 channel go through 3-4 output - this way - if I bounce MAster1 - I want hear audio2 channel.
That was clearer than clear right? :)
it's almost the same thing with the Sound Devices Bilbo mentioned...
