Open ESX24
Click "Edit" button on ESX24
On Exs24 iNstrument editor, click "Instrument-->New"
After that choose "Zone-->Load Multiple Samples"
Choose the samples you want and then choose "Chromatic" if you want one sample per key
Close instrument editor, Save it in the name you want, and then load saved file into ESX24

don't forget to place the .exs file into Sampler Instruments folder.
