the eq/compressor/delay etc are very nice and easely can replace my sonalksis.

the synths are mediocre (i like the sampler tho its quick and fast)
the convolution reverb is as good as the impulses you feed it.

i like them overall but it want replace my go to 3rd party synths.           http://www.landmark-recordings.com/

The sound is qbase like to me, Warm and silky, not to mention that it is able to process with 64 Bit (double precision) internal.

I even like its built in eq and the beat delay is als quite straight to the point

The shortcut F11/12 is really nice (hide show plugin window) I want BIG buttons for all such nice keyboard shortcuts

And one another BIG plus is the controller handling / automation learn !

to me it sounds like any other daw out there... its up to the user to make nice mixes, it want hold you back.

the automation although fast... still lacks the speed and editing easyness flstudio has but in no way its bad.

I must say that the version 1.6.5 was the most stable DAW I have ever tried
with the same set up the version 2 is giving me some problems
but I believe it's quite normal when you release such a big release, so I exepct some fixes in the next few days
yes, days because there is already a hotfix

is automation of cc's that easy as in all others or the same pain in the ass as in cubase?           https://soundcloud.com/shivagarden

automations a breeze easier than automap

two little windows..tweek the parameter and it shows up in the left window...then tweek the controller which appears in the right window then click on the link ...done

two modes ....global and focus

global you can tweek any parameter

and focus where if you pull up a vst or effect your control surface will only tweek the window visible

imho the way presonus works with controllers
is pretty inspired and lets you use multiple controllers with ease           Â°Â°Â°ACTS 4:12°°°°

yes automation is by far better than cubase and easy to setup as flstudio... although editing is still allitle quirky at least flstudio is by far easier and faster in that.

my only real grip with it after many days of testing is the piano roll... its shit like cubase and logic.. slow and not intuitive at all... it looks like an afterthought and not a good implementation.

and the sampler is good... but has a fatal mistake.. when exchanging samples it resets the keyboard mapping and you have to map to the desired note allover egain.. stupid.          http://www.landmark-recordings.com/
