ok you can put a voice in a sampler and work it out but it will never be like that.. is there any secret about it?

sounds like they chop it up, and put different length delays on different parts, to get that sort of "stretched" sound, hallucinogen does it quite a lot with percussion type things like in that metal sharon track. it just sounds like they've started with maybe 3 original voice samples (that ee aa oo thing), then just put different delays/filters on them to get that effect, pretty tedious work to pull off I think.

edited to add, - the second time sounds more like a vocoder or with another synth layered on top, and with some pitch bending as well as delay.

There are several samples there i think. One of them is a jewharp. There's a jewharp sample on Malstrom on Reason. You can use it as well.
Not sure though.           Everyone in the world is doing something without me

the whole line of the vocals made from parts, chopped one, each part applied with different effects - stretch, pitch, verb, vocoded etc.

good luck

if i could explain what it is i would be able to make such effects ...wouldnt i?...
but since it is a preset all i can do is tell you it is a hell of a complicated modular chain..if u want specific details msg me...
