Strange problem in fl

Hey guys i am encountering this REALLY annoying problem in FL.
Rendering some old tracks for my set and when i extract, the first lets say 200ms will not be extracted.
Anyone encountered this problem?.
Now i gtta record through edison and i really shouldent have to.

This has also happened to me, it just happens sometimes and the only "solution" I get so far is rendering stuff one beat before it actually starts.. Yes very annoying.. Not a big problem though.
