Why is it that when I am listening to the music through my headphones while my monitors are still playing the pitch of the bassline changes? It's very strange. has anyone else noticed this? Try this and you will know what I mean.

its because you work in non-acustic studio. try to listen to your bass when moving across the room and see if there is difference.
