One of my biggest dreams is to make a live performance like Jean Michel Jarre. His acts were SUPREME and used very interesting instruments.

The most interesting instrument was a laser harp that he used to play midi sounds..
I would like to buy one but before I would like to know if anybody does use it or saw it working.

indeed amazing stuff!
i ve not seen with lasers,but andromeda do play with a kinda robotic suit to control midi functions...

You can also make fresh sounds by combining old ones

Me and a buddy make loads of crazy sounds with preamp + ringmodulator plus a box we made with one input but two outputs so we can make a feedback loop and still get a signal out :=) We also use an old, now modified radio suited in a suitcase, where we have melted different points together and knobs and switches, so it only produces noise

interesting.. i have some ideas for equipment like that but have no knowledge of building such things

My dad was about creating something like sonalog but now with that he can now focus on the laser harp dev

other ideas would be really nice!

www.oddmusic.org is a really cool site with loads of cool instruments. Actually used some of the samples in my tracks
