Sorry, but i love giving headshots in Counter Strikes or on other games... Love to kill ppl at carmagedon and hit them till it has no blood on the body...love to be a spy at games and plant bombs on public places... since doing it in reality is madness the only way out is simulating it. I love brutal games, but that doesn't make me sick mind, does it? I see no problm on war games...

and back to the chernobyl topic.
this really freaked me out.... it's unimaginable to think places like this excist on earth.... it's so freaking sci-fi-ish.
amazing, it left me with the kreepers all night yesterday.
think about it, it's all DEAD, no on there! no one can get close.... and that crane that they left near the cover they built...
and the 9 days burning nuclear elements..
scary as hell.
you have to play fallout! |

i havent got anything wrong, i'm just asking myself how u can start thinking bout gaming when seeing this pictures. i think its a sad story and the pictures show how big this tragedy was and still is and how people must have been hurt there...and this makes u wanna play a game? people died there and all coming into mind is how similar it looks to some odd scifi game ???

at least someone revealed an ounce of decency.
the mind has a tendency to distract itself from unpleasant thoughts.
this is commonly used when one is unwilling to get a point of view about something.
i must say that the pictures reminded me of scenes from fps games.
but i would not have mentioned this in this context in the first place if there would have been no need to stand by the low-brows.
if you have to say it this clear.. well
yes.
some computer games try to make fun of dead people.
that is sick indeed, but compared to other common diseases of the human mind quite harmless.
peace out!

he was just asking how can people speak about a funny thing like a videogame, after having seen pictures of a enormous disaster like Chernobyl... |

Yes and no wonder much more Greek ppl suffer frm cancer, heart diseases etc. after 1986.
I can't forget that period. I live in Northern Greece and my mom wouldn't let me roll on the grass at the park (meaning I was literally rolling on grass when I was a kid!)...
I was so unhappy!
Really, it had a great impact on me!!!
I decided to not to be an astronaut and be a journalist then and try to change the world... By stating the truth and making everything to bring this world to peace! U.Palme died that year also and I wrote my first article... Yes it was about peace...
I remember ending it with Einstein's statement about the last world war: ppl fighting with wooden sticks and rocks...
It happily made the my class's newspaper frontpage cover.

Videogames

Peace
