have to wonder how it happens
try demend from them to add sticker on evry cd , its their mistake they should pay and this way evryone happy.

To me it doesn't sound like the track has actually been released on CD under another name, just renamed by some mp3-groups and "released" on the internet.

im not so in about mp3 groups...
just to people that doesnt care about this... i know there are more important things on the world, but if u are on this forum spending time reading my stupid posts, that means u are not in life existence trouble or something like this...
anyway, thing about if someone ur work rename and say its not your work... stupid feeling, no?

This happens all the time on P2P networks. Users sharing unreleased will make up track names by popular artists in order to gain access to rare material offered by selective sharers. Of course, those rare songs are often just renamed "fakes" anyway... the whole thing is a joke and I wouldn't worry about it.

for sure, as long as u are not concerned, its not important...but whatever is your real job, just try to work a full month, and see someone else get paid for your efforts, im sure u gonna laugh very hard and say its no big deal....

In that case ( correct me if I'm wrong),it seems like no one is making money with someone else 's music... just a bunch of lame P2P traders changing names of tracks just to get the latest brand new fake track as basilisk explained.
If you wanna get pissed off, you should go take a look at the russian mp3 sites that are probably selling your music in shitty quality without any rights to do so.
