So i was using the voxengo span analyzer and i noticed the stereo mixing thing, i opened it and 4 spectrum lines were bouncing, would someone care to explain me the concept?

you probably get 2 curves by chanels , check in the settings you can set curves to average, max... or maybe you used it in a multi chanels configuration? you can see graph of different track at same time in one span instance in a daw with flexible routing
