Maybe they had loads of bored software writers left over from developing Cubase 4.. this is what they came up with over lunch. |

afaik sequel is Steinberg's answer to GarageBand ( http://www.apple.com/ilife/garageband/ ) that's made only for Macs...
anyone already knows GarageBand's abilities so we can compare ?

yeap that is the answer... i really dont mind this kind of software ill explain my self.
if u are a noob that has no idea how to make music this loop based apps is a god start to see if u can cope with the task.. if yes u can advance to a better app.. if not u can continue playing wow online.

Whatever..but the best thing in my opinion is..that you are able to trigger specific parts of your arrangeent with midi controllers...thats something i really miss in cubase...and therefor you have to use live ...but live doesn`t sound like cubase 4..maybe live 7..will see..
