tons of bugs and problems....
but this does look very very promising.
when r they gonna realease the versoin with the direct brain2midi functions???

Maybe they should release a working SX 2 before releasing the next.
But maybe it is so much work to make 2 bugfree they got a complete new program they call SX3            Signature

Are you using an original SX2?

Why?

U think the bugs are from cracking or u think i don't have the right to complain if i haven't paid them.

Ok both good points            Signature

Well, I must say.... I'll be upgrading, as I own a SX2 (and VST 3, 5, SX1).

People always bitch about bugs but you this is what you need to remember.

VST5 > SX1 was a complete rewrite. New engine, GUI, EVERYTHING. Same goes with SX2, as they took the Nuendo audio engine. Of course, something like this is gonna leave room for error. Now, it's still the same program, SX 2.2 is solid as a rock. The bug situation should be a lot less since they aren't rewritting a whole new program.

Buy the software, and then you might have a valid point, until then... What are you complaining about? You didn't pay anything.

I always hear about how unstable and buggy SX2 is. I've had it crash a single time, hardly enough to call it unstable.

I'm willing to bet most of the people complaining about its instability are getting some shifty cracked version. You get what you pay for!

It's not just the cracks, it's the shitty DirectX plugins from 1998 they're often using...plugins crash Cubase FAR more often than the native app crashes itself, and not all of them report their errors correctly, so it's hard to detect the source of the crash.

Yep. Even when SX does crash, it often recovers enough to let you save. Even when that doesn't happen, it doesn't bring down my entire system like Logic does.

in my opinion..... ppl having stability problems / bugs experiences with sx2 ... should try and give nuendo 2 a shot ... as was the case with me ..

and i tell u ... nuendio 2 is far more better and stable abd bug free than sx 2 !

Any person that bought the software wouldn't say "Why?" They would simple say "Yes, I did." If you don't see the logic in that, then so be it.

Anyways, enough with you EYB.

@global trance network.
I totally disagree with you that nuendo is more stable than Sx since both programs have been written on the same code while Nuendo has got some extra features for broadcast, film and so.....
Anyway i own Sx 2 and Nuendo 2 and to me it seems
that sx 2 works slightly smoother.

Nice greets Fred
