Why The % is More for the house and the fullon (80%-20% - my opinion) then other styles - progresive , tech , dark .

britney is a tabloid child, indeed well advertised, and when they say: "Image Sells" - this is the case.
although, house/fullon trance being on the happy side of the music and being more approved commercially - that's obvious too.
let me elaborate:
most of us, people involved in music production, listen to music differently then the rest of earth population. we tend to dig in deeper (follow up on bassline, riffs, acidlines, catch every single twist on drumlines etc), while others don't care about complexity of tune, they just follow general harmonics - the overall mixture of sound. and while psytrance and any other non-happy style of music contains complex structure of melodies, the music itself becomes hard or in some cases imposible for simple people to digest.

You don't need to be involved in music production to appreciate complex music. It's all about taste, exposure, and willingness to accept something that's not so easy to listen to but rewarding nevertheless.
