hmmh... the usual reply to this kind of topic was "wash your dirty laundry some
where else, please". ok, they copied a whole paragraph from your web site. when reading it i can't really find anything so original in it that i would feel you've been seriously wronged here. this type of a promotion text you can find more or less on every site, promo page or introduction to a compilation.
is it right to copy a text without permission? no. is the paragraph worth this topic? i don't think so. i'm sure you can come up with something else/better and take it as a compliment that somebody else is so lazy/crappy to actually go and copy instead of writing an intro themselves.

Hmmm maybe this is very devious move by Hyperflow records... maybe THEY copied the text, and to make sure people think they were the original writers and to discredit a competing label, this thread was thought up and posted. Ahh the paranoia

yeah, i remember this thread. so what? didn't bother to read the +7 pages again
but skipped it through. i don't see a link between copying a whole festival concept or a vst plug-in or whatever with this paragraph. but i guess i'm the sloppy one...
and like i said before: i don't think copying (anything directly) from another is something one could/should be proud of.
