this is the shaving one i mentioned, i found it in a old hoarding folder.
with speakers infront its difficult to persuade the audience the sound comes from behind.. u really need headphones
anyway, i remember it being more convincing.
still toying around with ideas when i find time.

search for binaural technique.
It is a recording technique, however to be noticed, you need headphones.
It is relatively old, around 1880 was first used.
If your music has recorded sound, you can learn this technique and uses it. However, at parties will only be realized if it is like this:

This looks awesome but this link says it's "No longer available." Am I missing something? I would love to purchase this plugin if there's a way to do so.

Would be a good technique to use if ever playing in one of those silent disco tents that have sprung up (everyone in the crowd wears headphones)

Despite the fact that binaural beats got nothing to do with the staging effect he is talking about , there are monaural beats who can be effective without headphones.
Binaural beats are used for the purpose of syncing your brainwaves to certain HZ for example Delta Waves or beta or Alpha and so on..you can set your brainwaves to the frequency your brain would usually be at dreamstate for example..
but again it is not used for staging effects..but its cool anyway for sure -------......-------...-..-..-..-.-.-.-.-
