If you prefer a more familiar atmosphere, you might want to check out the "hai in den mai" festival in the northwest of Germany (April 29th-May 1st) . 500 goafreaks took part and were part of the peaceful festival last year. Free camping and parking inclusive.
There is no info in the goabase till now, so I'll post a link for you just to give you a little impression of my second home

The location is a small house, surrounded by a forest, rolling hills and grassland. The wald-frieden (translation: forest-peace) is nearby Osnabrueck somewhere in the open countryside. You can reach the location by plane (airport: FMO),followed by train & taxi/car.
Waldfrieden is famous for its WONDERLAND festival in August. This years 9th edition will start on: August, 12 and will continue without any breaks for 3 days on 3 floors (1x open air, 1x indoor, 1x chill) . Many people stay there for 4 or 5 days.
This festival is more than only a party. 2004,I felt as if it was a family meeting, although there were 4000 partyguests or even more! And the music is best.  Various, alternative styles, different and innovative.
Waldfrieden offers all styles of music.You won't find djs playing "the charts" there.

If you plan to visit Germany in May, you should have a closer look to the "Liquid Time Festival" as well. It's famous in Germany for its deco.

i'm leaving tomorrow for this festival...i will be djing in the chillout and doing walkabout performance..i've heard so much about this party..i can't wait to be there..
