Ok so here we discuss this.
I know many are none believers that such things wander this world, and that the dead move on lalalala and so be it.
I did believe this entirely until around 199.
My first experience of a spirit/ghost was in Penang, Malaysia.
This is the city that my partners mother came from, and her mother passed away giving birth to my partner.
We were having dinner in a rather nice hotel with my partner's family. I wanted to get some photo's but realised I had left my camera upstairs.
I jumped in the lift, and being dinner time it was busy in the lift and in the hallway of where my room was.
I entered my room and straight away felt a presence. It was not threatening, but it was beyon real. There was some thing in the room.
The hairs on my neck stood up, and I felt it's "eyes" upon me but could not, or did not, want to see it.
I left the room rather quickly, and upon my exit found the hall way empty, devoidof any of the dinner crowd there earlier.
It also took over 30 minutes for one of the 6 lifts to stop for me to go back down, and I asked if there was a prblem with them at reception, they checked and no issues.
I told my partner and her family and they said Penage is well known for it's spirits and ghosts and left it at that.
The second and last time I have experienced this was a few years ago shortly after my partners father died in an accident overseas.
Prior to his body being laid to rest, we went to the family house he had been building.
After walking around and gathering certain documents for the estate, we heard the upstairs door that had been locked unl;ock and open.
I was very jumpy as again I felt a strange presence, and we searched and called the polic but nointruder was found even though certain significant items had been moved around.
After his body was laid to rest the house is a lotmore restful, and I always announce my arrivel in my mind to his spirit in case it is there.
I am wondering who else has had such experiences here and if you could share them?
Cheers,

Mmmmm and I often feel the presence of conformist self absorved "kid" on here who think they are some kind of "tuff gong" type behind a keyboard and screen
I hope others enjoy the topic no matter how long I"m around here
After all, possession and the spirit realm, though beleived by millions and billions, has never been proven nor disproved, and I think it is far more interesting that talking about what "White People Like #2"

Very interesting stuff!
It sounds like i'm taking the piss, but my only ghost experience has been with my old desktop pc. I know sometimes speakers can pick up foreign radio waves and odd stuff like that, but once about 2 years ago i'd finished on hte computer and turned it off, turned the speakers off and switched everything off at the wall, and proceeded to get into bed, only to be disturbed by a horriffic screaming noise coming from my computer. It literally sounded like someone being strangled, insanely loud, and there was no way my speakers could have been making it, as there was no power going through them. After that wierd stuff always happend, like id hear people talking when the speakers were off, id hear heavy breathing, and even things like functions on my computer completely changing settings by their own accord. The functions changing could probably be explained but i haven o idea what caused the noises as there was no power going through the speakers. Stuff like that creeped me out until i got rid of the computer. I don't know if it'd be classed as a ghost or what but it certainly made me very uncomfortable for quite a while.

Projection makes perception. The world is what you gave it, nothing more than that. It is a witness to your state of mind, the outside picture of an inward condition. As a man thinketh, so does he perceive- Anonymous

Yeah, I know how u feel.. I once serviced friends computer, he told me hes got a ghost in it.. So one night, I was asleep, computer woke me with hell fire, noizes and sparkles coming out off it.. As the whole house was in danger I had no choice, I had to battle the pc.. I jumped out of my bad, cut the power of it and it was all over.. I repaired it in the end and told my friend he dont use Norton Ghost anymore cause I still had to reinstall the windows no matter which ghost was on the drive..
