emm... i don't think you are 100% right man...
it's him alright, but spiralkinder, midi miliz, spirallianz and the delta are not equal. (i think there was a thread about all those confusing german acts)

He's right, man. Spiralkinder is a DJ team of Arne Schaffhausen from Spirallianz/Midimiliz and The Delta and Marco Schmedding. They have also released several tracks, the most recent being "Wide Screen" on the Boshke Beats compilation "Chronika Chapter 1". Another release of theirs if my memory is correct is "Blah" together with X-Dream.
And about the "confusing" German acts from Elmshorn (aka techno/trance country  ):
X-Dream - Marcus Maichel, Jan Mueller
The Delta - Marcus Maichel, Arne Schaffhausen, Wayan Raabe
Spirallianz/Midimiliz - Arne Schaffhausen, Wayan Raabe.
