The small article published in the Mushroom Magazine August edition:
The Swedish labels Spiral Trax and ACDC are bankrupt due to the fact that their distributor, Cosmophilia owed them too much money when they closed down. Label head Anti has told us it was "tens of thousands of euros". "In my opinion the music industry is a really ugly business and it is nearly impossible to make a GOOD living out of the trance scene."
The stress with money, bankruptcy and some sickness within the family caused health problems for Anti, he even thought about giving up DJ-ing for a while. After the summer, which is full of bookings, he will start to become a sommelier, trying to work with wine imports in the future thereby pursuing his second big passion.
Anti wants to continue his label work on a hobby level. ACDC will be run by a new company called High Voltage Music releasing a single each month, starting with tracks by Özgur Can, Inkfish and Parham & Dominic Plaza. Things will be handled by Critical Rhythm Label Management in the UK and distributed by Intergroove.
