hey man if u have a dvd , and a sound card with at least one input , rip the from the movies .. use sound forge or logic or cubase or wavelab ... to rek the files then , arrange them at your way , not ony for voices just like to make Fx pads .. etc etc
use your imagination , there is lots of movies plenty of voice on it etc

hypnosis CD's/mp3's are great IMO... its nice to add to the story of a track with trippy words of trance...
+ you can import them quickly into your sequencer and cut them etc

ok u have several choises... all pritty mentioned but lets make some order...
1.the best is dvd movie (24bit,surround,48000khz)
2.u can try record from divx but then check quality of file in winamp (kbps-khz)
3.u can d/l speeches and movie quotes but those will be mp3 with 128 or less kbps... tho here are some of the best samples (if u care what they say hehe)

i have the best way to record speeches..
i take speeches from the T.V, its very simple.
if u have a converter to the T.V, just take the audio output and connect it to the input of u'r sound card..its very good quality.
and if u dont have a convertor, do what the guys told u to do.. good luck
p.s : i usually recording from "CNN" or NATIONAL GEOGRAPHYCS or any other T.V station's..its killer, u have there the most killer speeches ever about every thing in the world.
