This is not what you are looking for.
This is IR reverb plugin (awesome one, btw), and the picture shows just a character of particular impulse responce from the library.

Basically any softsynth with a modulation matrix can use inverted ADSR envelopes (albino, z3ta, reaktor, etc), as well as more common ones (ES1/ES2, Vanguard, Zebra 2, etc). And there are tools to add an envelope (offline: via soundforge/wavelab should be easy enough, online: plugins like Logic's Enveloper should do the trick). Of course, clever usage of compressors, expanders and other dynamic tools can create some sweet envelopes as well (100ms attack time with very fast release, etc).
BTW: you do not need a 3d scope, a 2d one (X=time, Y=freq, brightness=amplitude) will do just fine. I remember that old DOS music players in the pre-mp3 days already had those. Google should give you more than enough results.

hi, im looking for a good spectrum analyzer with a 3rd parameter --> Time
i want to vizualize sounds, for better understanding, mainly to see ADSR.
i want to see, how those knobs affect the sound. i know what adsr stands for, but i want to see it.
do you have any suggestion?

You mean like this?

Don't know if that's exactly what you're looking for but I use it all the time. I don't think it's that accurate in terms of frequencies and giving you a good basis for comparison of spectral balance but it's got the time thing down.
Mainly I use it to check the curve on my kicks and how snuggly they fit with my bass... but you can draw cool pictures on it using your sounds... and hell that's an art in itself.
Edit...
I'm a bit slow.. sorry. But yes I like it. |

It leaves a different colour on the the the duration that it is held down for... yeah not ground breaking really. If I had no memory I'd probably use it myself when I pause it and then scan another section, just for comparison. |

Just use your ears I guess... and your nose. Like if you smell something burning you should probably turn the volume down
