What's that shit about american monitors?
I'm pretty sure alot of folks would say KRKs are just fine monitors :)
and as Yuli said, 2000-20000nis indeed.
For instance, Event PS-6, new from shop cost around 5000nis.
and Yuli, my KRKs ave Subout in the front also :)
think of if you could go for a second hand pair.

In my opinion just pick one of this list:
monitor where to buy(israel)

1. Krk (v6/ v8) Rafi hauzman
2. Oberheim Music shop
3. Mackie Klei zemer
4. Event 20/20 ?sorry i forgot?
I sure all the monitors listed above will be great for electronic music.
