I have an Acoustic Research cable from here:

A bit pricey, but imo as good as it gets unless you want to spend $500 on a cable that just "feels" better. 
If you're interested, you can pay with PayPal if that's an option for you..and apparently they ship internationally, but you have to read their customer support pages for shipping costs and ordering info.
