dear psy heads... i have realized that although India in all its glory boasts of being the motherland of not only Psy but also of everything that represents psy as a culture.... the land has areas of interest such as Goa, Parvati Valley and so on... the feilds tend to the smoking habits of one and all and Shivji, Bholeynath, Vishnu whatever one calls the Lord signifies in a small way our undieing love for the crops that grow in our land....
what i want to say is RESPECT... not only for being Indian but welcoming outsiders with a smile and open arms into our country and culture.....
love and peace are easy things to say but OUTSIDERS try and inculcate something beyond Psy and what the "flower power" movement couldnt achieve... oneness in the total sense...
-(bleep) all
i just wanna wish you well |

i have no problem welcoming outsiders to india, but they should respect our land, lots of times i see foreigners talkin shit about india, especially the ones who come to india just to get all junked out on drugs.

I think the point here is phrases like, what you give is what you get or the other way round, the community boasts of the flower power and someone who is an integral part o this 'scene' is saying such a thing, really disappointed brother, all I say is just give why do you expect anything to come back, you give because you want it to come back, that is not how Gandhi imagined it, He saw an India where there would be love and respect for one and all, no matter what the colour of the skin is, we are all human and we are doing something inhuman don't you think, it is the work of the Lion to eat meat but we as human have the understanding, thge lion can not understand or thinmk beyond his needs as he is just an animal, but can we not close our eyes go deep and bring the answer out that love and respect is what we understand and are capable of giving, but to expect is human i think..!
Are we really so dillusioned that something as small as respect being given to someone is to be taught and is an issue to be discussed. I think we are not, time will teach all of us that giving is what makes us happy and when it comes back it is just a consolation because you have that smile on your face.

How is india the mother of Psytrance? Just curious!!!
We meditate upon the Spiritual Effulgence of That Adorable Supreme Divine Reality, the Source of the Physical, the Astral, and the Heavenly Spheres of Existence. May That Supreme Divine Being enlighten our Intellect So we may realise the Supreme Truth. |

| Ahmmm...I understand where you coming from... like most of us, the same place each time ! Misinterpreted as usual... ... To give without expecting is nice, but what i am saying is you gotta give some to get some... it's not just doing good stuff... it's everything... what goes around comes around... You only get what you give ! & Expectation is the great-grand-mother of all FU's !!!
As far as respect goes, all the people who do not get to login to isra are the ones we are talking about here primarily... people who drive our buses, trains, cabs... who serve us at restaurants, hospitals, railway stations.... these guys are the ones coming in contact with visitors from the outside ... ... If they disrespect someone they have their reasons man... they project their anger onto a community rather than keeping it individual !
Things will get better, or maybe just wait for 2012 !
