The MANIFESTO
Welcome, upper beings of the planet Earth and all the friendly planets and galaxies of our Universe!
Welcome to the holiday of life on this planet in this magnificent place. Welcome to the family of light.
When all the beings united vibrate in the same resonance, they make unique contribution into creation of the entire unity of life consonant with our planet.
It resembles a flower, its unity is more than the sum of all its parts, and at the same time the unity enlarges the beauty of every single petal.
Now you have an opportunity together with all the other beings to bring your contribution into the creation of something greater and more beautiful than every single one of you. Your participation will not only enrich you, but also it will add something presious to the whole.
The time to unite has come, the time to hold each other's hands in joy and gratitude to the gift of life and to share your treasure with the entire, to come back to the common source, to the common origin of our dreams and wishes, our hopes and fears, we can see, that all of us are united in the great deal of existence.
When we can combine our impressive inner wealth to create a treasure of love and wisdom, accessible to everyone, we find ourselves bound together in a subtle pattern of eternal creation.
When thousands of people of the Earth celebrate, sing, dance extatically, drunk with divine, with such a festivity and laughter, with such a health and common sence, so naturally and at the same time- how a war can happen?
Life is given to us so that we created and were happy. When you howl and sob, then you are unhappy, you are alone. When you celebrate, all the existing celebrates together with you.
Only in festivity and in joy we meet the upper, the eternal. Only in joy we cross the limits of the ceaseless wheel of births and deaths.
So let's have fun, be glad and dance.

Day Out of Time!
the Right Time is Now
the Right Space is Here,
the Right Concsience is Open,
the right Shining is Awoken!
25 of July of every year is a Day Out of Time.
Every Moon in the calendar of the Thirteen Moons consists of 28 days. 28 x 13 = 364.
Day number 365 is neither a day of a week, nor a day of a month, that's why it is named a Day Out of Time.
25 of July is a festivity of Peace and Culture! Holiday of Day Out of Time is for all the people of art, in whom lives the "Spirit of Festivity"!
25 of July is a Transplanetary festivity of Planetary Network of Arts «Space of Joy».
25 of July, 2005, in the day of Blue Night people of art, in whise hearts dwells the Spirit of Festivity, will create by their creative spirits the condensed atmosphere. Art will fill the space of spiritual world, and in that space people will be free of burden of tri-dimensional times.

Spirit of Festivity
The Spirit of Festivity is lost. Modern festivities are just performances. Let's give a new birth to the Spirit of Festivity! Why did festivities turn into just simple performances for fun? That's because people have lost the feeling of the "natural rhythm" in their everyday life.
Society feels no more the nature and the essence of spirit. Natural rhythm and the concsiousness of everything being linked together was lost in peoples' hearts. In other words, the feeling of gratitude has disappeared. Together with it wisdom is lost.
The perspective which once was the base of the festivity, was lost. Having made the profit in money its aim, the society sacrified its spirit.
Now the time has come to change the Spirit of Festivity and transform it into real art!
Day Out of Time is a day when creative work can overbound the history limits and demonstrate the existence of another way. New Time exists, and New Way in new time is a chance to realize that "Time is Art".
Let's unite our concsiousness in this creative outburst and send a great telepathic wave all round the world, let's create the rainbow of joy and beauty which will really change this world.
People of Light! This is really our millenium! Day Out of Time is our day! The day to come over the limits of time, having taken only Peace for the world.
Let all the creative people, who take part in this mission of global cnanging of the entire world with their experience, talent and beauty, dwell in joy!

Dear Friends!
The festival is going to take place in absolutely unique and ecologically clean place on the shore of the Black sea of Russia with unbelievable inner energy. In a very ancient mountain canyon are collected all the basic elements of the nature.
Cleanest rivers with drinkable water run through the canyon, in the mountains sing numerous waterfalls. 12 types of the sacral juniper tree grow on the mountain slopes, thousand year old didoo that contain the information about the world from the ancient times, dolmens, watch the endless spotted with stars Southern sky.
Wild forest, existing from the praehistorical times, visited mainly by our predecessors, birds and animals, where are different unique kinds of trees, grass, flowers, is waiting for you to dissipate and cover you with its energy.
Mountains and certainly the sea, deep, warm and loving Black sea.
This is a natural resource, and the nature there is wild, to be exact, independant. It can have serious problems, if visitors do not pay due attention to it.
Not to cause harm to the nature there is place only for 1500 visitors, that's why the quantity of tickets to the festival is limited. We wish to see all of you, please take care of ordering and buying the tickets in advance.
The price is planned in such way so that you could have an advantage in the price of the tickets bought beforehand. The tickets are distributed personally to each one by our coordinators. This way we try to avoid the arrival to the festival of those, to whom it makes no resonance.
You will pass the territory where the registration even in case of temporary stay is obligatory. Not to have troubles you will get an admission card to our base. In virtue of it you will get the registration on this territory and festivity after arrival.
There will be no tickets sold in the place of the festival according to some reasons, we ask you not to try to get there on your own. The festival is not a commercial event, it has a character of deeply resonant event and other aims.
The expences of making of such an event are considerable. The prices of tickets are accurately counted down. If you have no opportunity on objective reasons to pay your participance in the festivity, please give your application on voluntary work during the festival.
The restriction is following: it is forbidden to make fire on the territory of the camp of the festival and cigarettes should be extinguished in ashtrays only, the summer forest is very dry and it takes one moment to inflammate, that's why the fire should be made only in the places specially given for it.
We hope for your understanding and concsiousness and demand to keep this place clean.

TRANSFER!!!
How to get to the place:
by train, by bus, by plane to Krasnodar or Novorossiisk, further transfer to the place.

The bus according to the time-table: Moscow- Krasnodar, Moscow- Gelendzhik (to Krasnodar) (the trip takes 18-19 hours, departure every day from Kazanskii railway terminal, tickets are bought in advance in the bus)
The special plane is planned to be ordered:
Moscow- Krasnodar-Moscow return ticket costs 5800 roubles.
Also the buses are planned to be ordered:
Moscow- Festival-Moscow return ticket costs 2200 roubles
Berlin-Festival-Berlin return ticket costs 175 euro, one-way ticket costs 115 euro
Krasnodar-Festival return ticket costs 400 roubles
Novorossiisk-Festival return ticket costs 200 roubles

the map is sent after July 18 to the visitors on cars who have payed for the tickets
the closest inhabited place is situated in 5 kilometers from the festival, safe parking place for your car is there.
parking costs 50 roubles a day.
If there is a need to get to the place from another locations and by other means of transport, please indicate, it will be decided in particular order.
How to get there on your own:
from the quay in Gelendzhik will depart motor-boats to the place of festival. You should send an application in advance using internet to get onboard.
All the guests who get to the festival on their own, can find the place and time of departure of the motor-boats after July 10 on our site. The trip takes approximately 30 minutes. The price is included in the ticket's price.
!!! There is no other way to get to the place of the event besides of the motor boat!!! |

Living
The best way, considering the climate conditions, is living in a good tent. Camping is situated in the forest, that's why it is not hot there.
There are wooden shields made for placing the tents where it may be needed. There are toilets and showers for comfort. Drinking water for free.
Also there are wooden small cottages available :
250 roubles for one sleeping place per day
750 roubles for one room per day
you should make an order for the cottage when buying a ticket.
Catering
There will be three kinds of catering in the place:
portable cuisine (one course costs from 40 to 70 roubles)
"swedish table" - 280 roubles for two times a day meal in conditions of a covered street cafe
