Yeah, I heard them now too... They suck bigtime - sorry for the interruption  - although, there is a subtle rhythmic quality to the post-descent sound, which could be refined into to something good... Maybe.
BTW, the first post should have been "I haveN'T heard" - and for the nit-pickers, there's an 'n' missing i "an" - I just got out of bed...

he he funny shit... though i doubt its from the actual experiment....
what they write is also quite funny...
As the probe approaches the ground, both the pitch and intensity increase. Scientists will use intensity of the echoes to speculate about the nature of the surface
what are they gonna speculate about??
And how can the acceleration of the probe give any signs on how the surface is??
