Well Hey There...... i want to make muzic but i hav "vibra128" and it stinks.... maybe any of u able to recommand on a usefull soundcard and not to much expensive?

They sell M-Audio Cards which prices start from 1300 Shekels.
Or if you want to start smaller, you can buy Creative Live, download KX drives and get rid of the latency.
