Has this happened to you? Why? I put my synth(virus) in midi and everything works perfect. I can hear it perfectly but for some reason the soundcard doesnt record it ...in logic or cool edit!!! plz i wanna know if there is a solution other than format my computer

go to the soundcards mixer panel,,and enable recording from line-in......

first of all,
u didn't give any information on the soundcard you have - and how u connected it....
please supply this info also. help us help you...right?

Good point trip. Its a sound blaster audigy running with kx project asio driver.

ok are u sure u connected the audio of virus correctly into the soundblaster line in ?           Crackling universes dive into their own neverending crackle...

ops..ok..it was the simplest thing i could think..
I am using a soundblaster live platinum, i tried those kx drivers once...they did work for about a week..but my line out on the card stopped working...sound came out only from the headphones output on the front panel..;-0 .....I installed the creative drivers again ,and its working normally...so maybe its the kx drivers that are causing this problem? Check it out....I am no expert,just trying to help...
