Ok iv been tracking for a while and working alot, i wanna start buying some equip. now the first thing i wanna buy is a good sound card, and my budget is 3000NIS...
whats the best i can get for this amount

You can buy a good one even in less and save some 500-600 for a cigarets .

You can buy good sound card for less than 1500nis, do not run after uber quality since now it doesn't matter as much as your production.
Now you need to decide what you want to buy, if you prepare to use alot of equipment so best will be to get card with midi interface build-in. I would go for M-Audio Audiophile 192khz or Emu or ESI. All the same probably.
Do not waste too much money on something you don't need, don't know and won't probably use for 50% of ability.

buy ESI@JULI 192
good card, midi i/0, 24bit, 192 khz (play/rec)
optical out, rca and pl (i/o).
i buy it for 680 nis
