hand made traps is the cheapest and more efficient way to go

check this forum on gearslutz, you will read a lot of tips & techniques and watch a lot of pictures from handmade acoustics, every question is answered there, happy reading

cheers dude, but will this help my problem?
im in the sweet spot, i look to the left i have like a phase shift and to right. at the back of my room i can judge the bass between 60hz-1000khz ish. in corners more resonace @ 50hz-60hz.but yet sum standing waves @~3000khz.

my room is small and completely untreated 280 qid monitors-but i know them well.
my eq,panning skills are ready for track production, now im paying attention to the room, dont want to eq stuff out that dosnt need it.
