Sound System reccomendations for event.

I am working with someone to help find them the best pa system they can get for psytrance mostly. best would be for smaller indoor and outdoor events from 100-300 attendees.
Ideally she would like clear well balanced audio. Pounding bass is not the priotity however weak bass is also not desired.
we are looking in the 3000-5000 USD range.
If you can help with brands or any reccomendations that would be helpful.

hm..i would suggest a crest amplifier and a nice line array..

yeah..Line Array by Meyersound is great for example..is used on Nature One (techno) festival germany ..

a line array has the big advantage that the sound is the same in the front and in the back..
