Is it possible with soundcard like Creative Soundblaster Live to reach the quality for releasing a track???           There is nothing more powerful than the psychedelic music!

Try to buy a better sound card, but i see ppl with your actual sound card make good good music,so. . .
Explore your sound card as more as you can.

Yeah. . .
When you use a SoundBlaster sound card, and very good software, you can make an excelent composition!!!

The best of the best`s!

But for me, the final mix is very important when you make a tune, and for sure that for you this is very important too,and for any other producer in the world.
So,i want to say that is dificult you make a good final mix in your sound card.
And if you don`t have good monitors,it`s more and more and more dificult, because you don`t have the total perception on the music things(like effect duration, volumes, eqs, comps, etc etc. . .

In my case,at this moment one of my monitors don`t have high freq(damage) and i have a lot of dificult(at this moment) to mix some tune, because
without total high freqs in my studio i am not able to have the perception of high freqs on music, and if you don`t have perception of high freqs,it`s going to dificult your life in other freqs in music.
ex:(mids and low freqs).

I wish you good luck on your productions, and for all producers in world!

We are all working for the same moviment!

Well, you definately can do the sequence of the track but if you want to mix it properly you'll need better sound card, better monitors and better acoustics, but the creation of the tune itself you can do easily, as long as you fix the latency problem. Check out the KX Drivers they should do the job           Everyone in the world is doing something without me

Cosma (rip) quote : "My Simplicity album was made with a normal Sound Blaster. It was very hard to get this kind of sound with this kind of soundcard. A good acoustic room is very important and a big part of the mix. Good mix = good sound! "
that says it all I suppose...

The soundcard doesn't affect the soundquality directly, as long as you stay in the digital domain (no AD/DA converting). Although, it's easier to mix and master your tracks if you use a high end sound card with good monitors. But, as I said, sound card doesn't affect sound quality if you only use software and stay digital (ie music application -> wav -> CDDA).

imho, yes

ive just had a track released on the new SunDance records compilation, written in logic (+ all softsynths) with good monitors, and a Soundblaster Live Platinum 5.1
(shameless self promotion )

so, judge 4 yourself

(and Cosma using one too?,... wow!)

This sound card(sound blaster)doesn`t have dsp`s,and you are not able to rec anything in 24bit/96khz in sound blaster.
And you want to tell me that this don`t affect the sound quality???
Please explain your point with your experience in your studio.
I work with sound blaster in past, and now since 6months ago i have bought a rme multiface, and now i feel iam on sky!
Now i work everything in 24bit,and i can do a live act in 24bit quality to public.

This is amazing!!!

And more things i need!
Like Midi in and midi out, analog in´s and analog out`s,etc etc. . .

And with this i can plug rithms section to analog out 1,to first channel in mixer(imagine),leads to analog out 2,to second channel in mixer, etc etc. . .

The Rme sound card and other professional sound cards are prepared to live performance, and this thing is what i want in future. . .MAKE LIVE!

If you are using just software to create your sounds, arrange them, filter and mix them in a single wav file then the audio card is only used to listen to the sound but the whole process is done internally from the software algorithms of the software that you used.           http://triplex.trance.net
