I need a sound of a small ball, rolling on a wooden surface, but have no ability to record it right now.

I'm trying to emulate it digitally, but can't achieve good results yet.

Any ideas how to make it?

(If anyone could give me a good sample, i would say big thanks =))

if you use Logic, Sculpture has a preset for this... great synth that is!

or perhaps a similar physical modeling synth..?

or I could send you a sample of it - just give me the note and velocity you want or PM me          Gamma Riders EP out now on iTunes and Amazon.com!

I have once achieved very nice results for a rolling metal ball on a street surface with reasons subtractor synth. Other than that I suggest a nice condenser mike in a quiet area with nice pavement and a skateboard... can do wonders... or something else that has wheels...
take it from a foley guy...
