check out the "Jorden Vally College" site... many of my friends are in the Sound Engineering program there. as far as I know, they are all pretty happy about it.

Use the search man, been discussed a lot of times here.
The only 3 places i'd recommend are: Sapir college near Sderot (where i studied) Jorden Vally College as Pelon mentioned and Resonance school if you want a specific courses (like Midi, Synthesis or Music composing).

Sapir and Yarden are the only ones that give you Junior Engineer diploma (Handasai) and their studies take 2 years + the time that takes to make the final project.
And Resonance has various short courses.

and more specifically: http://www.sapir.ac.il/generalpage.asp?div=PreAcademy&SubDiv=megamot&SubDiv1=chutz9
http://www.resonance.co.il

I'd recommend to study in Sapir, cause i had a blast there, studied a lot and the people of the south are truely the best.
If you need more info, contact me in private

PS: Hed and Gera are pretty bad choices as i've heard, but i didn't personally experienced them.

sapir college and jorden valley college are the only 2 pro schools for sound engineering.
2 years of full time studio learn all from electricity to anything u can imagine.. midi - post production - acoustics - mics.. or in t"A djschool if u into dj.. or resonance for midi and synthesis..           www.sattelbattle.com

Gadi, contact me on Messenger. I did not graduate due to some personal problems. You could live in Tel Aviv and study in Sapir but then you'll be missing all the fun that goes in the area at nights. I do plan to come back to study probably next year. And also you could combine the sound studies with something more serious like Cinema or Media. That will take you 4 years but you'll finish you'll have double degree. Junior sound engineering degree + BA in Media or BA in Cinema.
Are you serious bout your coming back to Israhell?
Keep in mind that finding employment in this field is much easier in US than it is here. And the education that you could get there is prolly much better.           Everyone in the world is doing something without me
