This has become one of my favorite albums. Been in heavy rotation on my system for about three weeks now. One thing that bugs me though is the sound clip of the person discussing their theories on artificial intelligence and evolution. It sounds so terribly familiar, but I can't exactly place it. Is it from one of the sequences of "Waking Life"?  |

Why this sample ???
yes i took it from waking life.
i know it was use many times ,but my spirit was to use it to make the connection between my dear friend Moreno and I.
Moreno is a pure musician and he use a lot analog sound in his music.
And me , i m more a dj that use my ear to make music.
i like to use samples and create atmosphere !!!
So i m loving new technology and the possiblity that it allows simple beeing like me to make some composition.
By using this sample i wanted to make the bridge betwen analog and digital you see.
i do believe we are leaving a drastic change and waking life speak so well about it !!!
It was my way to participate to moreno album s ,and i thank him for this.

Thanks very much for the response. My curiosity is satisfied! A fantastic song set in a fantastic album. I think the clip adds a lot to it, and knowing the intentions of the clips adds yet another layer of depth to it. Merci beaucoup! |
