How much is the AudioWerk2 these days?
It's developed by Emagic, could be an option if you're working with Logic - but have no idea on prices...

I dont know what you can get with 150 Euros. But I strongly suggest you stay away from USB Soundcard because it will end up giving you some latency. If you can shell out a bit more money I recomend you by a soundcard with firewire support. |
