but.. if u want an over all kickzor card get:
Dimaond XM 400
90$ and u get surround + other 3d spound formats, midi stuff and more.

if u are low on budget,
get sound blaster live value [~270 shek]
and get an adon
Hoontech SB DB II [it costs 21$ so it's maximum 140 Shek]
it adds optical & digital + analog in/outs
[so can record to DAT/MD without noise]
this is not the best for audio production .. but it's really bearable
