Greeting's Isratrance forum. !

So this 2014 I am thinking of buying a new sound card.
and I have totally no knowledge about sound cards..
So I was wondering if anyone could help .. ?

Well...i dont know how many outputs/inputs you need nor the type of connection you want (usb/firwire/PCI).

So i will leave you some examples that i think can work with almost any setup.

They are all USB interfaces some with more inputs/outputs. I tried the Roland and was very impressed.

You need to see what suits you better. In case you dont need many inputs you can always get a "smaller" interface ( this regarding the two last examples from presonus or focusrite)

Under 300 USD Steinberg Ur22 provides the best driver support and latency performance (that is what really matters in the end).

Focusrite doesn't give good latency, Presonus and Native instruments stuff have problems with USB 3.0 ports.

Roland seems also good but their driver development is more slow.
