Audiotrak Maya 1010 (24/96): 10 ins and 10 outs (8 balanced analog I/O and 2 digital I/O) plus 1 MIDI I/O.
Asio Maya driver (so far, it's stable for me) running with 5 ms latency on Logic 5.5.1 over AMD 64 3200+ (I guess it's possible lowest latency, though... not tried yet).
Quality: good
Performance: good
Price: very good
