Hello everybody
For those who occasionnally go on soulseek, they may find a track named "tears of gaia" made by an artist called "psyclops". Psyclops didn't do anything, he only stole my file and renamed it. The original track is "Tears of Gaia" made by "darkpulse". If this message was to be read by psyclops, then I want him to know that if he is unable to do good music by himself, he should try something else in life...

Super you are so right it doesn't matter if it soulseek or not this same thief could listen to one of the tracks people publish here in "new tracks" forum download it and publish it elsewhere under his name.

the problem is respect for artists nowadays, well hmm maybe even in general.. but anyway everybody can be a ""musician"" nowadays now that music creation has been and will be made easier than ever before. And since the best musicians not always are the most appreciated ones this doesnt help either ofcourse.
Very sad to see this happen, dark pulse shares his track in good will to the world, ok u take a risk but its done him many good also for his name as musician for the people who heard it. Apparently so did the thief think .. like hey wow amazing track.. i wish it was mine.. only a child .. effectively would do the namechange.. or a really fucked up person.. anyway if people will listen that dude his other tracks they sure will know its not the same dude prolly.. dont know cos never even heard of any psyclops.
i got the tears of gaia track from dark pulse himself and i must say.. indeed.. wow... amazing old school track!!! listened it many many many times over and over and over again... this is back to hallucinogen days people.. this track deserves better.. hope it someday gets the respect for it..
and believe me dark pulse aka principles of flight.. remember the name....

If we want to help, we need to download the psyclops song and rename it to dark pulse. Not unless you don't want it shared at all, and if you see people on soulseek with the track ask them to rename it! |
