Hello,
I'm willing to know how this sound is designed. It's a 2sec descending sound at 5:35:

It sounds like a high-pass filter, but what else is used? Some high-frequency modulation on the pitch? Some flanger on the output? What do you think? In any case, it's not the first time I hear this type of sound in a goa trance tune...

Sounds a bit like some doppler effect (cause of the pitch going down) Plus I think you can have more luck recreating this with a phaser and not a flanger, but the idea is there.
So, take a lead with a bunch of noise, use a gate / square LFO on the amp on 1/8 notes, hard pan it left, put a phaser/flanger on it so it's "noticeable", and get the doppler just right so it's going down when you record it.. it should do the trick.
