Sony oxford plugins?

Hi there guys and gals,
Im in the process of boosting my home studio 
im probably going to invest in a TC Electronics Powercore, though im not sure if i should go for the express version instead?
Does anyone out there use the sony oxford plugins? I have been amazed at there plugins since this butch guy fabio reviewed them 
Im looking for some good EQing gear in the same price range too any ideas? Im using waves ren at the momment. Have been pleased with it but i know better is out there..

UAD-1 is a good buy, neve & cambridge eq's, Killer comps...Good deal for this card.

yep, have them both UAD & PLParEQ3, for sure somthing to save for!
the filters modes in the plpar is great! (this is what i call mega coding), also the plpar deal with the low range very smoothly, + you have all you need in this eq, phaselines, M/S, M, S, L+R, L, R, good filter modes and latency levels, the latency levels is often used in mastering...but if your looking for eq for tracking, you have the X virsion of the PLParEQ, the only different btw them that the X dont have the phaselines that the big monstar have (not a good thing if you do mastering), but look at the good side of it, no phaseline meens more CPU for you with the same sound as the big one , ahh...and there is one more different, the price! (big=1000$, X=150$)
as for the UAD, the eqs and comps is one of the best i've heard (i mean from the software zone or dsp based), cambridge eq have a very soft sound with smooth control , also the pultec have mega strong sound in low & lowmid range, and the neve 1073, absolutly no words...mega eq, URS have the same emulation and i can only tell you that the different is BIG, the UAD is much more warm
anyway, about the Sony oxford, the eq from this pack is somthing not from this world , also a good deal !
you can also look at the Gliss eq from Voxengo

the lest time i visit the Refined Audiometrics site the PLParEQX3 was 150$, and now its only 50$ (wow), i allready own the PLParEQ3 and i'm going to get license for the X3
