SONY MUSIC JAPAN releasing psy trance

Im not sure whats going on.
I just think technology is finally catching up with the psy trance people of japan.
The people who listen to psytrance in japan, were very far from all the latest tech stuff. I guess the hippy style was still very strong over here. But then tech just caught up. Everybody is burning.
Another thing for sure, there are just too many CDs coming out in one month for everybody to catch up on. Stores are faced with a problem to buy less CDs and put in more titles.
As far as i know, using the best distribution in japan, sold almost 2000-5000 copies in japan
now a good album does maximum 2000.
A few years ago SHPONGLE, GMS and other Solstice titles sold over 7000 easily.
now its way diffrent. |

Totally agree Hikari... the CD's selling is getting low and low, year per year, its the Internet
...but about Sony and Trance its very nice that Sony is interisting in trance musik, Infected Mushroom was on SONY TV as video clip, now they bought Parasense musik thats very very nice..
But, spectro... my brazilian friend... when you say PARASENSE is underground music, for sure Parasense were underground, but how you can say a artist that sold one musik to SONY is underground ? I love parasense musik but for sure this musik on SONY must be very diferent from the old Parasense style, for sure Parasense still Parasense. By the way... congrats to Alex.
