Hehe... Acid is not greatest 
Its better to work with audio loops than with VSTi.
But its possible to work, just other software (like FL, Cubase or Logic) are more comfortable. |

What kind of recommendations you mean exactly?
I switched permanently to Acid Pro after v6.0 and after using Cubase for 15 years.

Don't know about version 7.0, but in version 6.0 I didn't find the way to draw vst- automation envelopes on the midi-tracks. To draw automation I had to create a separate bus-track for automation for every track, soemthing like that. Absolutely awful So, I've chosen Reaper.

I started using Acid since it was in version 3 and always in combination with Cubase. When Acid reached its current version where its midi is "descent" and i can do all the few things i was using cubase for, my beloved cubase instantly died.

I'm listening to Alex's recently finished album right now. I must conclude that one can successfully make music in Acid Pro.
