Hi to all guys!
Sonica festival is glad to invite you at its next 6th international psychedelic gathering 2013 in a new magical venue located in the south of italy, at 100Km by Naples.
The festival spot is a 30hectares Aeolian Park on top of an hill surrounded by mountains and looking at sea, far away only 15km.
We'll celebrate the new era within a special magnetic area where pagan rituals were practiced by local cultures centuries ago for spiritual and physical energy renewal.
In this site the wind power, not at all intense during the summer, is continuously collected to generate clean energy for our planet.
As no one event ever did before, thanks to the open cooperation with local institutions supporting our green project, we'll be allowed to power all festival by using the same clean energy produced by the blades, and to realize our eco-acoustic spacey shows by using a special sound system powered by solar panels.
In this area you'll be really able to experience the sparkling south-italy, the land of the early latin culture where visiting amazing historical pearls such as Agropoli or Paestum on the coast, to enjoy the wild life of Cilento peninsula where free-camping close to the sea, to taste delicious sea and mountain food and specially to experience the real "buffalo mozzarella" which is original from this place and absolutely the best in the world 
All the area is extremely safe and happy to guest for the first time Sonica festival and its coloured international crowd with aim to show and share costumes, traditions and all typical local products during one of the most difficult economic periods the south Italy has ever afforded before.
You'll be all welcome in this special venue where enjoying 4 nights and 5 days of pure psychedelic culture through music,
visuals, art installations, performances, paintings, seminars, projections, meditations, yoga, love, peace and cosmic union of all tribes.
Also we want to inform you about few last additions on the lineups and that the bookings are almost complete
Flyers and new website are currently under production, and we'll be able to spread all first official communications by end of this month.

Just looking forward to get there!!! Allready killer lineup ,big respect to Gino and his team! And very lovely to be back in italy for sonica,i was on 3 of them So i wish many good vibes for the organization and see you |

Exelent job Gino, artists in line up is killer, location amazing all energy gived by nature looney moon deco, awesome, what else can we need!!!

Hi to all guys!
I'm here to give you an excellent update that make us really happy!
Sonica festival will be totally powered by the clean energy produced by the aeolian blades we have in our field.. Thanks to excellent collaboration with local institutions, we managed to get to an agreement to realize a special power-system to reconnect the clean energy from the central national power station back to the festival site..
We finally won't have those noisy generators and oil to buy, check, refill, etc etc.. plus that amount of pollution coming from those machines..
Probably we'll be the first festival to be completely powered by green energy and we are really proud of this result!
Excellent vibe here guys! Keep tuned for new surprises and all our upgraded contents..

Hi guys! ..we've been on Sonica venue last friday during the action of a big storm lasting for days.. but for just half an hour the grey clouds opened a hole in the sky and a magnificent rainbow crossed the hill right through the big blades expanding a never seen coloured light.. a long thrill run along my nape seeming a kind of very sweet flashback and i could enjoy an emotional preview of our expected festival.. All around the region there's already a great positive buzz..
I felt to share this with you guys..
..looking forward to Sonica!

By far the best line up of the year so far.
One more suggestion - Scorb and Concept have a collaboration project -PRISM- There album is comming soon.
I met Scorb at somasonic and he said he has 30 tracks to be released and has also rmx some of his old stompers.He played a killer set.
I'm definitely coming to Sonica and would love to see these guys play.
